Allman's was founded in 1954 and has been Fredericksburg's #1 choice for Barbecue ever since.

Our BBQ sauce and Cole Slaw dressing are famous. Both have been lovingly prepared, in Allman's kitchen, by Mary "Mom" Brown for 47 years. These recipes are in excess of 100 years old.
